Neues aus der Forschung

Phase IV-Studie: Kalium phosphoricum comp. bei Reizbarkeit und Nervosität Placebo überlegen
In einer neuen klinischen Studie wurde Kalium phosphoricum comp. (KPC) gegen Placebo an je 77 Patienten pro Gruppe getestet. Eine Post-hoc-Analyse der intraindividuellen Unterschiede nach 6 Wochen Behandlung zeigte einen signifikanten Vorteil von KPC gegenüber Placebo für die charakteristischen Symptome Reizbarkeit und Nervosität (p = 0,020 bzw. p = 0,045). In beiden Gruppen wurden 6 unerwünschte Ereignisse (UAE) als kausal mit der Behandlung zusammenhängend bewertet (Schweregrad leicht oder mittelschwer). Keine UAE führte zu einem Abbruch der Behandlung. KPC könnte daher eine sinnvolle Behandlungsoption für die symptomatische Linderung von Neurasthenie sein.
