Das heutige Verständnis der Pathophysiologie der Koronaren Herzerkrankung geht von der "Response-to-injury"-Hypothese aus. Durch Schädigung des Endothels kommt es zur Akkumulation von Substanzen (v.a. Lipide)und Zellen (v.a. Monozyten)in der Gefäß- intima, die zu einer chronischen Entzündung mit Plaquebildung führen. Bei instabiler Plaque führt eine Plaqueruptur zu thrombotischen Reaktionen (akute Koronarsyndrome). Durch Fibrosierungsvorgänge kommt es zur sklerosierten, stabilen Plaque und damit dem Bild der Arteriosklerose als Endzustand dieses chronischen Prozesses. Der Entzündungsvorgang kann in der Polarität von Blut- und Nervenströmung verstanden werden. Durch die fortgesetzt abbauende Wirkung des oberen Menschen werden die ätherisch-regenerativen Kräfte aufgebraucht. Die geschwächte Ich-Organisation vermag weder die abbauende astrale Wirksamkeit zu steuern noch die ätherischen Kräfte in der Blutströmung aufzubauen.
Today, the pathophysiology of coronary artery disease is based on the "response to injury" hypothesis. Damage to the endothelium results in the accumulation of substances (mainly lipids) and cells (mainly monocytes) in the vasculartunica intima causing inflammation and the development of plaques. Rupture of unstable plaque leads to thrombotic reactions (acute coronary syndromes). Fibrosis leads to sclerotic, stable plaque and thus arteriosclerosis as the final stage of this chronic process.The inflammatory process can be understood in terms of the polarity between blood and nerve stream. Continuous involution in the upper human being uses up the regenerative powers of the etheric.The weakened l-organization is not able to control destructive astral activity nor to strengthen the etheric powers in the flowing blood.
