Am Beispiel des Kiesels und des Equisetums wird gezeigt, welche Vielfalt an Herstellungsverfahren für die Herstellung von anthropo sophischen Arzneimitteln zurVer fügung steht. Die Unterschiede i der therapeutischen Wirksamkei können nicht durch Unterschied in der stofflichen Zusammensetzung, sondern in vielen Fällen allein durch die Verschiedenheit der verwendeten pharmazeutischen Prozesse erklärt werden. Diese Übersicht macht dadurch deutlich, dass der Arzt im Falle eines anthroposophischen Arzneimittels nicht nur eine Substanz, sondern auch einen Herstellungsprozess verordnet.
With the examples of Quartz and Equisetum it is shown how many manufacturing methods are available for the production of anthroposophic medicines.The differences in the therapeutic efficacy are not due to differences in the substantial composition of the products. In many cases they can only be explained as resulting from the different manufacturing methods used.These examples stress that the medical doctor using anthroposophic medicines prescribes not only a substance, but also a manufacturing method.
