Spacial Dynamics movement therapy: principles and methods

In this article, the movement therapy Spacial Dynamics is presented comprehensively for the first time. Spacial Dynamics belongs to the anthroposophical body therapies. The description of the historical development is linked to the presentation of its foundations. This is followed by a description of the methods, which includes selected aspects of anthroposophy (sense of self-movement, three centres of movement). Finally, eight different mind-body therapies are compared in relation to the place of their respective movement initiation.
