Perspektiven der Wirksamkeitsforschung an potenzierten Substanzen unter Berücksichtigung des anthroposophischen Substanz- und Prozessbegriffs

Die gegenwärtig in unterschiedlicher Form und Festigkeit vorliegenden physisch-sinnlichen Substanzen sind Endprodukte eines mehrstufigen evolutiven Differenzierungs- und Verfestigungsprozesses. Ursprünglich ausgehend von willensartiger Geistsubstanz haben sich diese durch die Reiche des Seelischen und Lebendigen über eine ätherisch-physische Wärmesubstanz bis zu der heutigen physisch-mineralischen Formstufe hindurchentwickelt. Mineralisch Gewordenes kann sich aber auch wieder entdichten, sogar ätherisieren, astralisieren. Insofern Gesundheit und Krankheit Ausdruck einer aktiven, permanent sich vollziehenden Integration von polar sich gegenüberstehenden Prozessen und Kräften sind, stellen nicht physisch-sinnliche Substanzen, sondern die ihnen zugrundeliegenden Werdeprozesse die eigentlichen Heilmittel dar.
Die anthroposophischen pharmazeutischen Verfahren weisen verschiedene Wege auf, um die in ihrem Entwicklungsgeschehen zum Werk gewordenen mineralisierten Substanzen wieder auf eine Tätigkeits- und Prozessstufe zu erheben. Im homöopathischen Potenzierungsvorgang kann eine solche Metamorphose und Vergeistigung mineralisch-physischer Substanzen in ihre ätherische Tätigkeitsform gesehen werden. Die empirische Wirksamkeitsforschung hat in den letzten Jahren deutliche und statistisch hochsignifikante Wirkungen von potenzierten Substanzen beobachtet.
Perspectives of efficacy research on potentised substances taking into account the anthroposophical concept of substance and process
The physical substances, manifesting for human perception in different form and firmness at present, are end products of a multi-stage evolutionary process of differentiation and solidification. Originally starting from will-like spirit substance, these have developed through the realms of the astral and the living via an ethereal-physical heat substance up to the present physical-mineral form stage. But what has become mineral can also become light again, even ethericised, astralised. Insofar as health and illness are expressions of an active, permanent integration of polar processes and forces, it is not the physical substances, but their underlying processes that represent the actual remedies.
The anthroposophical pharmaceutical procedures represent various ways of raising the mineralised substances again to a level of activity and process. In homeopathic potentisation such a metamorphosis and spiritualisation of mineral-physical substances into their etheric form of activity can be seen. In recent years, empirical research has observed clear and statistically highly significant effects of potentised substances.
