Die rechtliche Lage der anthroposophischen Arzneimittel in Europa ist durch die bisherige Entwicklung der „drei Säulen" Qualität, Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit gefährdet. Um dieser negativen Tendenz entgegenzugehen, können auch die anthroposophischen Ärzte einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten, indem sie sich während derVerschreibungspraxis mit vier gespenstartigen Illusionen kräftig auseinandersetzen: Statistik, Uniformität, Monotherapie, „ethischem" Staat. Darüber hinaus wird auf fünf Aufgabenbereiche hingewiesen, die für die Zukunft der anthroposophischen Arzneimittel eine existenzielle Bedeutung haben: Identität der anthroposophischen Arzneimittel, Dokumentation über deren Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit, Erkenntnispfad des Pharmazeuten, Marketing, Innovation und Forschung.
The legal situation of anthroposophic medicines in Europe is threatened because of the "three columns" of quality, safety and efficacy that have so far been developed. Anthroposophic physicians could make a major contribution to prevent this negative trend in by firmly coming to grips with four sprectral illusions in their prescribing: statitistics, uniformity, monotherapy,"ethic" government. Reference is also made to five areas of competence that have existential significance for the future of anthroposophic medicines: identity of the anthroposophic medicines, documentation of their safety and efficacy, pharmacists' process of gaining insight, marketing, innovation and research.
