Die inhalative Therapie von Atemwegserkrankungen gewinnt nicht nur in der konventionellen, sondern auch in der anthroposophisch erweiterten Medizin wachsende Bedeutung. Beim Heuschnupfen und dem allergisch bedingten Asthma kommen Citrus/Cydonia bzw. Gencydo® relativ häufig als Inhalation zum Einsatz. Daneben fanden Levico, Calcium Cortex Ouercus und Helleborus niger größere Verbreitung. Primär empfehlenswert ist der Einsatz von druckluftbetriebenen Düsenverneblern. Der Gebrauch eines Ultraschallgerätes mag auf Reisen indiziert sein. Im Rahmen der Arbeitsgruppe Anthroposophische Pneumologie wird ein Erfahrungsaustausch zur Inhalationstherapie mit Anthroposophika stattfinden.
The inhalative therapy of respiratory diseases is becoming more and more important, not only in allopathic, but also in anthroposophical medicine. Citrus/Cydonia resp. Cencydo® is relatively often used as inhalations when allergic coryza or allergic asthma is diagnosed. Further on Levico, Calcium Cortex Ouercus and Helleborus niger found a wider distribution. Primarily recommendable is the use of an air pressure based nozzle nebuliser. During journeys the use of an ultrasonic unit might be advisable. Within the work group „Anthroposophical Pneumonology" an exchange of experiences with regard to inhalative therapy with anthroposophica will take place.
