Die Hyperthermiebehandlung im Rahmen eines anthroposophischonkologischen Behandlungskonzeptes verbessert die Lebensqualität, wirkt antitumoral immunstimulatorisch und führt zur Wirkungsverstärkung von Chemotherapie, Strahlentherapie und Immuntherapie. Unterschiedliche Hyperthermieformen werden beschrieben und deren Therapiewirkungen aufgeführt. Insbesondere die moderate Ganzkörperhyperthermie und die lokoregionale Elektrohyperthermie.
Hyperthermia induced as part of the anthroposophical approach to the treatment of cancer improves quality of life, has antitumour and immunostimulant activity and enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. Different types of hyperthermia are described and their therapeutic effects listed. Special consideration is given to moderate whole-body hyperthermia and locoregional electrohyperthermia.
