Chronische Wunde nach Radiatio – Eine Fallvignette

In dieser Fallvignette werden verschiedene lokale und orale Behandlungsoptionen für eine chronische Wunde nach Tumorexstirpation am Oberschenkel und folgender Radiatio dargestellt. Die inzwischen bewährte lokale Therapie mit medizinischem Honig über lange Zeit bewirkte keine Heilung. Erst das Hinzufügen von Bryophyllum und eine im Anschluss erfolgende Lokalbehandlung mit Cinis capsellae comp. Salbe konnten, unter innerer Begleitbehandlung, die über Jahre nicht abheilende chronische Wunde schließen.
Perioperative stress reduction through external applications
In this case vignette, different local and oral treatment options for a chronic wound after tumour extirpation of the thigh and subsequent radiotherapy are presented. The now proven local therapy with medicinal honey over a long period of time did not bring about a cure. Only the addition of Bryophyllum and a subsequent local treatment with Cinis capsellae comp. ointment were able to close the chronic wound, which had not healed for years, with accompanying internal treatment.
